<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method that can manufacture a light control film exhibiting a high haze at any angle of incidence, uniformly and continuously even in a large area. <P>SOLUTION: A light source lamp 15 is opposed to a photo-setting resin composition film at a distance such that the axis of the light source lamp 15 crosses the moving direction of the photo-setting resin composition film. A plurality of light shielding thin plates 14 are arranged between the photo-setting resin composition film and the light source lamp 15 at predetermined intervals in a direction generally perpendicular to the moving direction such that one side opposed to a conveyor 10 is parallel to the moving direction of the conveyor 10. While the photo-setting resin composition film is being moved, the photo-setting resin composition film is irradiated with light from the light source lamp 15 and set, thereby forming a light control film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
