<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with a touch panel capable of emitting input points by the touch panel itself. <P>SOLUTION: The display device includes the touch panel having a pair of substrates comprising electrodes on opposing sides and a spacer holding a gap between the pair of substrates, and a display panel arranged on the backside of the touch panel. The display device has an organic EL element arranged on the other substrate of the pair of substrates. The spacer is arranged on the organic EL element. The pair of substrates consists of resin. The electrode of one substrate of the pair of substrates is formed on resin, being a plurality of metal wires extending in the first direction.
