<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of intelligibly notifying a user of that a touch panel has been depressed in a time long enough to judge it as long depression. <P>SOLUTION: When buttons (34, 35, 36, 37) are depressed, a screen 30 is flashed after the lapse of a time long enough to determines it as long depression.
