<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit stator's joule heating while eliminating a flux shielding plate between a rotor and a stator. <P>SOLUTION: A composition of a component that axially compresses a magnetic sheet on a stator's axial end and a process method are as follows: an extensible iron alloy containing, by weight, about 3.25-3.40% of carbon, about 3.70-3.80% of silicon, about 4.50-4.70% of nickel, about 0.20% or less of manganese, about 0.06% or less of magnesium, under 0.02% of phosphorus, under 0.02% of sulfur, and remainders (iron and inevitable impurity) is used as a material for heat treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
