PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator that maintains rigidity of an insulator while ensuring an oil return passage of a stator core, and can maintain the winding state of a coil in good state. SOLUTION: A cut 52 is made in the outer circumferential surface at the annular portion 55 of an insulator 51 such that an oil passage groove in the cylindrical portion of a stator core is not closed.
