PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect internal information currently recorded in an information processor from unauthorized users other than legitimate users, thereby securing its safety. SOLUTION: A legitimate user 320 always carries a compact transmitter 310, and a cellular phone 300 as an information processor regularly receives a signal with which the user 320 of the transmitter 310 is identified, or the cellular phone 300 is made to have the receiving function of a user's 320 own bioelectric current pattern etc., and thereby the presence of the user 320 is identified by receiving the user's own bioelectric current pattern etc. with the cellular phone 300.
