PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search a VoIP node station that is accessed by a mobile station at each point exactly without preliminarily checking the position and transmitted output of the VoIP node station in an EchoLink system 10, even when the position and the transmitted output are changed. SOLUTION: An EchoLink node station B transmits APRS data relating to EchoLink node information including a call sign, a notification indicating that a transmitter is an EchoLink node station, and a relay frequency at a predetermined broadcast frequency every a constant time interval. A mobile station D determines that it is within a cell of the transmitting EchoLink node station B when receiving the APRS data. The mobile station D extracts the EchoLink node information from the APRS data when communicating with a partner in the EchoLink system 10, and communicates with the EchoLink node station B by wireless at a relay frequency for relay to the EchoLink node station B.
