PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparatively compact sensor module which is integrated with a plurality of sensor kinds with a comparatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: The sensor module 10 includes: a base body 12 provided with a cavity 11; a first sensor part including a sensor element 32 accommodated in the cavity 11; and a second sensor part in which a lid 22 for sealing a space accommodating the sensor element and at least partially conductive and fixed electrodes 24 arranged in the cavity 11 while opposing to the lid 22 constitute a diaphragm pressure sensor.
