PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve opening/closing control device of an engine, ensuring the closing operation of a throttle valve by the closing operation of an accelerator operating member even during a trouble of a motor or the like by regulating the throttle valve of the engine to be opened over the operational amount of the accelerator operating member. SOLUTION: In the throttle valve opening/closing control device of the engine, a return spring 10 for urging a throttle valve 8 of the engine in the closing direction is connected to the throttle valve, an accelerator operating member 2 to be manually operated so as to open/close the valve and a motor 12 operated to automatically open/close the valve 8 are connected to each other via a three-way transmission 11, and the three-way transmission 11 is constituted so that, when the accelerator operating member 2 is operated in the closing direction of the throttle valve 8, the closing operation is transmitted to the throttle valve 8 preferentially to the operation of the motor 12.
