PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel door assembling structure which dispenses with putty finishing in spite of employment of screw fastening as a connection means. SOLUTION: The steel door assembling structure is set up by superposing a depth piece of a first face member 3 comprised of a face portion 30 forming one width surface of a door, and the depth piece 31 arranged at an edge of the face portion 30, and a depth piece of a second face member 4 comprised of a face portion 40 forming the other width surface of the door, and the depth piece 41 arranged at an edge of the face portion 40, on each other, and connecting the former and the latter together by a screw 6A. The depth piece 41 that is located on the outside of the mutually superposed depth pieces 31, 41 has an extra length portion 41B located on a distal side of a screw hole 5A, and a head of the screw 6A connecting between the mutually superposed depth pieces is concealed by folding back the extra length portion 41B.
