PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly select the occurrence or prohibition of alarm. SOLUTION: A boom angleθand an arm angleψare sent from angle detectors 7, 8 to a controller 11, and calculated by a calculation control part 14 to generate the state values of the matters to be monitored. When the state values are determined in an abnormal area by a determination part 15, and buzzer-output flags applicable to the matters to be monitored which are stored in a storage part 13 are ON, a buzzer signal is sent to a buzzer unit 9, and a buzzer sounds. For the matters to be monitored: "a boom angle detector", "an arm angle detector", "a boom angle", "a work height" among the matters to be monitored, the buzzer output flags stored in the storage part 13 can be updated to OFF by operating a set input part 17 in a set screen displayed on a display part 16.
