PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound which inhibits the multiplication of tumor cells on the basis of RSK1 inhibition and exhibits an antitumor effect, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, an RSK1 inhibitor, and an anticancer agent. SOLUTION: The compound of the formula is a representative example of new spiroindane derivatives, and the pharmaceutical composition, the RSK1 inhibitor, and the anticancer agent comprise the compound.
