PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily openable can lid having a simple structure, which has a panel part capable of being easily opened over a wide range to facilitate taking-out of the content, and a tab-panel capable of being utilized safely as a handle, and surely prevented from being separated from the can lid. SOLUTION: In the easily openable can lid, a score along the outer edge of the panel part 4 is formed into an approximately round by leaving partly a non-score part on the outer edge of the panel part, and the plane shape of the score at the end edge of the score is formed so as to be a small circular arc. Cutting of the score is advanced by taking up a tab 20, and a folding line for determining the final position where the opening piece 12 is bent at the final stage of opening, is provided.
