PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building which dispenses with an exclusive vehicle, keeps vehicular doors closed during movement of a vehicle, and achieves a barrier-free environment during movement between the vehicle and an indoor space. SOLUTION: The building has an opening section 12a formed in an internal wall 12 (wall portion) formed at a location that is opposed to a side surface of the vehicle 100, the opening section allowing a person to move between a parking space S1 and the indoor space S2. The opening section 12a has a door 15 arranged therein, for opening/closing the same.
