<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an aggregate substrate used for manufacturing a varistor capable of efficiently radiating heat, and preventing warpage. <P>SOLUTION: A varistor green sheet, an internal electrode pattern and a heat radiation green sheet are prepared in a preparation process, and a green layered product is provided by laminating the green sheets in a lamination process S5. Thereafter, the aggregate substrate is provided by baking the green layered product in a baking process S6. The layered product formed in the lamination process is provided with first and second varistor green parts and a heat radiation green part. Each of the first and second varistor green parts includes a varistor green layer, and a plurality of internal electrode patterns arranged in the varistor green layer. The heat radiation green part has a pair of surfaces facing each other, one-side surface thereof is jointed to a surface of the first varistor green part, and the other-side surface thereof is jointed to a surface of the second varistor green part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
