PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of operating normally by reducing an influence of crosstalk noise even when relatively long wiring passing over a microcell is formed. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided in which a buffer ring cell formed between the microcell and an input/output circuit close thereto is connected to signal wiring extended over a region where the microcell is formed.
