PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for vehicle capable of reducing radio noise and being applicable to even a very cold region. SOLUTION: This driving device for vehicle includes a rear motor generator 600, a motor case 602 storing the rear motor generator 600, an electric apparatus connected with the rear motor generator 600 to control driving of the rear motor generator 600, an internal combustion engine for generating power, an exhaust pipe 113 connected with the internal combustion engine to exhaust the exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine to the outside, and a connection member 320 connecting the motor case 602 with the exhaust pipe 113 to radiate electromagnetic waves from the electric apparatus transmitted to the motor case 602 to the exhaust pipe 113 and conducting electricity.
