PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for storing memory information in a portable storing medium when a failure occurs, and to provide an image processor, a memory information storage control method, a memory information storage control program and a storage medium. SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with a controller 2, and the controller 2 generates memory information about an application program operating on a memory, performs memory information storage processing for storing the memory information in a detachable storage device mounted in detachable storage device mounting openings 19a to 19n, and registers the detachable storage device as a storage place of memory information generated by the memory storage processing when it is confirmed that the detachable storage device is connected to the detachable storage device mounting openings 19a to 19n.
