摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a recovery time of a fault if the fault occurs, and to improve analysis accuracy of the fault by storing system information also in a peripheral apparatus when the fault occurs, and increasing the quantity of information available for analyzing the fault. SOLUTION: A communication network is constituted of a terminal apparatus 10, a low-order terminal apparatus 11, a server 12 and a high-order terminal apparatus 12. Equipment to be managed is connected to the low-order terminal apparatus 11. The terminal apparatus 10 has a low-order communication section 21 communicating with the low-order terminal apparatus 11 and a high-order communication section 22 communicating with the server 12 or the high-order terminal apparatus 13. When receiving a storage request from another apparatus via the low-order communication section 21 or the high-order communication section 22, a system information management section 20 stores system information into a storage region 23b, that is provided in a storage section 23, as history information.
