PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam insulation panel free from deformation though it is a panel having a thick plate thickness and high foaming pressure, and having the probability of deformation of a frame material, and capable of being manufactured without using a tool corresponding to foaming pressure. SOLUTION: In this foam insulation panel 1 composed of a pair of surface plates 2, a frame material 3 disposed between side portions of the surface plates 2, and a foam insulation material 4 injected and filled in a space formed by both surface plates 2 and the frame material 3, and provided with a recessed portion 31 for connection formed on an outer peripheral face of the frame material 3 along the longitudinal direction of the frame material 3, a plurality of plate-shaped projections 36a, 36b, 36c symmetrical to a central portion of the recessed portion 31 are formed on a bottom surface 31a of the recessed portion 31. As the plurality of projections as supporting points of deflection of the frame material are formed even when outward pressure by foaming pressure of the foam insulation acts on the frame material in manufacturing the panel, a distance between the supporting points of the recessed portions of the frame material is shortened, and the deformation in the cross-sectional direction of the frame material can be suppressed.
