The mounting device has a nut bolt (50) connected at its lower surface with a compression spring (60). The compression spring is pushed at a nut base of a nut (20) during attachment and is pressed by its spring action of the nut bolt from inside against the bars, which limit the support opening for the nut at a mounting rail. The nut bolt is moved for dismounting by overcoming of the spring action of the compression spring and is detached by the nut.
