The disposable shaker with instant dough-mix for producing spaetzle by adding liquid, comprises a container (5), which receives the dough and has a measuring scale (13) to measure quantity of ingredients and a nozzle assay (6) with crown-shaped curvature, in which nozzle openings (10) are introduced, and a covering cap (7) to seal the openings during mixing process. The mixing process of dough ingredients is carried out by shaking and/or stirring. The container is integrated itself by embossing measuring scale of a measuring beaker. The formation of fresh spaetzle occurs through the assay. An independent claim is included for a spaetzle dough mixer and a spaetzle maker.
