An electric power supply apparatus is provided to restore equipment automatically without going a filed by monitoring a signal between a collection system and a modem and between the collection system and a measurement unit in real time. A first monitoring unit(102) is connected between a modem(200) and a collecting system(300) and monitors the signal. A first switch(104) turns on/off power supplied to the modem and restores the modem, and a second switch(105) turns on/off power supplied to the collecting system and restores the collecting system. A second monitor(103) is connected between the collecting system and measurement unit(400) and monitors the signal. The measuring unit is connected with a remote monitoring center and the collecting system through the modem which is connected with the Internet. |
