<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition synergistically and safely enhancing blood homocysteine-lowering action by ingestion of vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid. <P>SOLUTION: The composition includes one or more kinds of vitamin B6, B12 and folic acids, and sesamins which are active ingredients of sesame.
