<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing boiled beans, drawing original deliciousness of beans, capable of finishing boiled beans soft, and effectively using hot spring water. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the boiled beans comprises boiling beans in condensed hot spring water which is obtained by condensing hot spring water. It is preferable to use condensed hot spring water which is obtained by condensing alkaline hot spring water by 2-10 times, and boil beans after soaking in the condensed hot spring water for at least 3 h.
