[PROBLEMS] To reduce the production of a donepezil analogue in a donepezil-containing skin adhesive preparation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] One or more combinations of compounds selected from the group consisting of the combination items (a) to (j) are added to a donepezil-containing adhesive layer. (a) Isoascorbic acid or a metal salt thereof and 2-mercaptobenzimidazole. (b) Isoascorbic acid or a metal salt thereof and 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol. (c) Isoascorbic acid or a metal salt thereof and a hydroxymethanesulfinate metal salt. (d) Isoascorbic acid or a metal salt thereof and rutin. (e) 2-Mercaptobenzimidazole and 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol. (f) 2-Mercaptobenzimidazole and a hydroxymethanesulfinate metal salt. (g) 2-Mercaptobenzimidazole and rutin.
