RISK EVALUATION SLIP GENERATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk evaluation slip generation technique capable of generating a risk evaluation slip as an item group corresponding to the actual situation of an object to be evaluated.

SOLUTION: A system for generating the risk evaluation slip where a plurality of evaluation items for performing the risk evaluation are listed includes: a server 100 for generating the risk evaluation slip; an item database 200 for storing data which are evaluation item data prepared for constituting the evaluation items and also are the data including attributes to which flags which indicate whether the item data are put on the evaluation slip or not are set; a risk evaluation slip generation terminal 300 connected to the server 100 and performing input/output processing when the risk evaluation slip is generated; and an accident-related database 400 for storing an index which indicates the degree of the risk calculated on the basis of the data about the accident, while updating the index. The item database 200 sets a part of the flag on the basis of the index indicating the degree of the risk.
