PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the use efficiency of a memory while preventing appearance of an unnatural reproduced image even in a case in which a format for creating pixel data by interpolation operation with circumferential pixel data is used. SOLUTION: The device comprises a block reading part 101 which successively reads, from an original texture image, a reproduction block Ba as a reproduction object, composed of pixels and an interpolation block Bb set outside the reproduction block, including a margin area M that is the range of pixels which the format refers to for interpolation operation; a determination part 102 which determines whether the read reproduction block is matched to a predetermined storage condition or not; and a storage part 103 which successively stores the interpolation block determined to be matched to the storage condition in an image memory.
