PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a log auditing device and a log auditing program for achieving highly reliable auditing. SOLUTION: An integral log auditing server 40 for performing log auditing processing of an auditing object system 10 includes: a change management table 43b for storing the application content of the use application of an auditing object system 10 performed on a work flow system 30 and the approval time of the inside of the work system 30 when the use application includes been approved; a time certification table 43c for storing difference specification information for specifying a difference between the approval time and the use time of the inside of the auditing object system 10 when use corresponding to the use application includes been performed; an approval processing part 42a for storing the application content and the approval time into the change management table 43b; a difference processing part 42b for storing information for specifying the difference between the use time and the approval time into the time certification table 43c; and an auditing report output processing part 42d for collating the log information with the approval information based on the information of the time approval table 43c.
