PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular vibration isolating mount capable of substantially reducing cost without sacrificing rigidity and elasticity to be equipped by a stopper 4. SOLUTION: In the vibration isolating mount 10, a coupling rubber 3 for coupling an inner tubular member 1 and outer tubular member 2 and a stopper 4 for restricting the relative displacement of the members 1, 2 are arranged between the members.
