PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a data processing apparatus and a mount method of a logical drive" capable of reducing time required for the completion of starting an application. SOLUTION: In the previous starting of the data processing apparatus, the priority of each logical drive is determined according to the number of accesses during the initial setting processing of each automatically started application. In starting of the data processing apparatus this time, each application is started automatically, and each logical drive is mounted in the order according of the predetermined priority (a).
