PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic circuit which is reduced in size and thickness and has a high sound pressure and a simple structure. SOLUTION: The magnetic circuit includes a horizontal coil wound horizontally and a single magnet facially opposed to the horizontal coil, the magnet includes a first polar portion, a second polar portion adjacent to the first polar portion. The first polar portion and the second polar portion are magnetized oppositely to each other with respect to the center axis direction of the horizontal coil, and on a horizontal face of the magnet, the second polar portion is disposed between one area of the first polar portion and another area of the first polar portion.
