PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin audio device that not only is easily assembled even if a speaker box structure is not adopted but also prevents chattering noises from being generated and suppresses the output sound attenuation due to the sound sneaked from a back surface of a speaker. SOLUTION: Disposed are a series of walls 12 whose wall surface is formed along a cross direction of the speaker 1 by enclosing a periphery of a corn portion 1a of the speaker 1 held in the audio device and a series of walls 21 for enclosing the periphery of an aperture portion 2a to release a front of the corn portion 1a on a back surface outer panel 2 mounted from the front of the speaker 1. Further, a wall 21 of a cover side and a frame member 11 around the speaker 1 are separately disposed while the back surface outer panel 2 is being mounted thereon, and the wall surface of the speaker side wall 12 and that of the cover side wall 21 are opposed with space therebetween.
