PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a zoom lens that has a vibration-proof function for effectively preventing vibration, in which eccentricity aberration hardly occurs during prevention of vibration, and by which a satisfactory image can be obtained. SOLUTION: The zoom lens includes, in order from the object side to the image side, a first lens group with positive refractive power; a second lens group with negative refractive power; and a rear lens group with positive refractive power as a whole, which includes a plurality of lens groups. Intervals between the lens groups change. The rear lens group includes: a lens group Gn including a lens group Gis with negative refractive power, which displaces an image by moving so as to have an element perpendicular to the optical axis; a lens group Gpf with positive refractive power on the object side of the lens group Gn; and a lens group Gpr with positive refractive power on the image side of the lens group Gn.
