PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-curable silicone rubber composition having conductivity without deteriorating properties proper to silicone rubber, particularly a transparent or translucent appearance. SOLUTION: The heat-curable silicone rubber composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a specific perfluoroalkyl group-containing organopolysiloxane having a viscosity at 23°C of≥1 Pa s, (B) 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a specific perfluoroalkyl group-containing oily organopolysiloxane having a viscosity at 23°C of <1 Pa s, (C) 0.05-5 pts.wt. of an ionic substance in which an anionic component is bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide, and (D) a required amount of a curing agent.
