PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion burner capable of stably burning water-oil mixed fuel. SOLUTION: The water-oil mixed fuel pressurized to prescribed pressure is heated by a heating coil 23, and injected to a combustion chamber 22 by a fuel injection nozzle 57. Combustion air is supplied to one end of an air passage pipe 52 by a blower 7, straightened by a straightening vane 54 in the air passage pipe 52, and then supplied to the combustion chamber 22 from a supply opening 52a while forming a swirl flow by a swirl vane 53. The water-oil mixed fuel and the combustion air are sufficiently mixed by the swirl flow, and the density of combustion air in the combustion air 22 is increased by the swirl flow, and thus the water-oil mixed fuel is stably and completely burned.
