A communication system includes: a communication control device, a plurality of communication terminal devices, and a plurality of communication devices. The communication control device and the communication terminal devices perform communication according to a first protocol. The communication devices mutually communicate according to a second protocol. Some of the communication devices have a data analysis unit and a data transmission unit. The data analysis unit judges whether the second monitor information is in a stationary state. If the second monitor information is a non-stationary state, the data transmission unit transmits control information corresponding to the second monitor information via the communication control device according to the first protocol to at least one correlated second communication terminal device. This controls the load arranged on the second communication terminal device.
