A METHOD FOR SELECTING A POLICY AND CHARGING RULES FUNCTION SERVER ON A NON-ROAMING SCENE

A method for selecting a policy and charging rules function (PCRF) server on a non-roaming scene realizes that a policy and charging control (PCC) policy of each Internet protocol-connectivity access network (IP-CAN) session is decided by one PCRF. The method includes that: a Diameter routing agent (DRA) establishes an association relation table, in which the Internet protocol-connectivity access network (IP-CAN) session information and the corresponding policy and charging rules function (PCRF) server address information are stored; when a policy and charging enforcement function (PCEF) entity or a gateway control function (GWCF) entity requests or updates the policy and charging control policy, namely, the PCC policy of a IP-CAN session from the PCRF, or when an application function (AF) entity transmits the application information or the service information to the PCRF, the PCRF address information related to the IP-CAN session is obtained from the DRA and the subsequent processing is performed.
