DEHYDRATION CONCENTRATION METHOD OF FERMENTED ALCOHOL AQUEOUS SOLUTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydration concentration method of a fermented alcohol aqueous solution capable of realizing the high-order dehydration concentration treatment of the fermented alcohol aqueous solution at a low running cost.

SOLUTION: Water-containing alcohol vapor is generated by subjecting the fermented alcohol aqueous solution obtained by the sugar fermentation in a fermentation tank 2 to distillation treatment in a distillation column 3 to be supplied into the non-permeation side chamber 13 of a separation membrane module 4, while carbon dioxide obtained by the sugar fermentation in the fermentation tank 2 is dehumidified and subsequently supplied into the permeation side chamber 14 of the separation membrane module 4 to purge the steam permeated through the permeation side chamber 14 from the non-permeation side chamber 13 by carbon dioxide after being dehumidified.
