<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly optimize and prepare a plan for charging raw material storage tanks with a raw material capable of preventing the storage tanks from being out of inventory and of improving the operation rate of conveying facilities in a raw material facility. <P>SOLUTION: To prepare the plan for conveying the raw material from a raw material yard to the plurality of raw material storage tanks through a plurality of conveying paths by the plurality of conveying facilities in the raw material facility, the trend of stock for each raw material storage tank is calculated, the relation and restriction of a group of charging operations to the tank to be charged are formulated in a numerical model comprising a linear expression and an integer restriction expression, the raw material storage tank corresponding to plucking is extracted from the raw material storage tank not extracted as the tank to be charged, and the relation of the plucking is formulated in a numerical model. For the numerical model thus formulated, an optimization problem is solved based on an objective function to define the plan for charging the raw material storage tanks with the raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
