<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module having high reliability, which can stably connecting an electrode and a connecting conductor of a solar cell element. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a solar cell module includes steps of preparing a work table 11 having a suction part 15 and a groove 16, placing on the work table 11 a first connecting conductor 3a so as to arrange the suction part 15, the groove part 16, and the first connecting conductor 3a in this order, placing on the work table 11 a solar cell element 2 having a first electrode 5b so as to partially cover the suction part 15 and the groove part 16, and one end of the first connecting conductor 3a and to allow the first electrode 5b to be in contact with the first connecting conductor 3a, sucking the solar cell element 2 by the suction part 15, and connecting the solar cell element 2 with the first connecting conductor 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
