<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which can suppress the amount of the consumption of a printing tape and an adhesion tape. <P>SOLUTION: A tape cassette 701 has conveying roller pair consisting of a sending roller 82 and a sending roller 83 and a laminated film 174. The laminated film 174 is stuck together to the printing surface side of the printed printing tape 117. And, the conveying roller pair are positioned at the downward side of the discharging direction of this printing tape 117 from a cutter unit 14 for cutting the printed printing tape 117 of the tape printer 710. The printer printing tape 117 is cut by the cutter unit 14 at the preceding stage stuck together with the laminated film 174. Moreover, the laminated film 174 is held in the state get caught between the conveying roller pair. Alternatively, the laminated film 174 is held in the state sandwiched by the conveying roller pair.
