<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method of producing a fine particle dispersion dispersed with a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fine particle having 1μm or less of average particle size, and to provide the method of producing easily and simply the fine particle dispersion dispersed with the PPS fine particle having 1μm or less of average particle size. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention discloses the fine particle dispersion dispersed with the PPS fine particle having 1μm or less of average particle size, and the method of producing the fine PPS particle dispersion including following processes (a), (b), (c): (a) the process (dissolving process) for heating a PPS resin in an organic solvent in the presence of an inorganic salt, to obtain a dissolved solution, (b) the process (precipitation process) for the dissolved solution is cooled to precipitate a PPS rough particle, and for obtaining a PPS rough particle suspension, and (c) the process (grinding-dispersing process) for grinding the PPS rough particle suspension in the presence of a surfactant having a phenyl group, by a mechanical grinding device, to obtain the PPS fine particle dispersion in which the average particle size of the particles is 1μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
