PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fluorene skeleton-containing multi-functional (meth)acrylate which is excellent in handleability, although having a 9,9-bis(condensed multi-cyclic aryl) fluorene skeleton. SOLUTION: Provided is the (meth)acrylate represented by formula [wherein, a ring Z is a condensed multi-cyclic aromatic hydrocarbon ring such as naphthalene ring; R<SP>1</SP>is a substituent such as an alkyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is an alkylene group; R<SP>3</SP>is H or a methyl group; R<SP>4</SP>is a substituent such as a hydrocarbon group or an alkoxy group; (k) is an integer of 0 to 4; (m) is an integer of≥1; (n) is 0 or an integer of≥1; (p) is an integer of≥1].
