PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination weighing device capable of a small quantity of combination by supplying a small quantity of articles respectively to each hopper having a weighing function. SOLUTION: This combination weighing device has a trough 1 for supplying articles W from an article supply tank 2 into a weighing hopper 3, and the trough includes the first conveyance surface 11 having a downward gradient slidable by articles by own weight, and the second conveyance surface 12 extending in the horizontal direction from the lower end of the first conveyance surface. In the device having a vibration mechanism 4 for vibrating the trough, and the third conveyance surface 13 extending from the first conveyance surface at an angle toward the upside of the second conveyance surface, an article dropping from the upper end 13a of the third conveyance surface onto the second conveyance surface is separated from a succeeding article, and an article on the third conveyance surface is conveyed at slower speed by the vibration mechanism than an article on the second conveyance surface.
