PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately determine the effect of a wind in regard to a weighing device. SOLUTION: The weighing device 1 includes a measuring part 11, a vibration detecting part 26 and a determining part 272. The measuring part 11 measures the weight of a material as a weighed value W(n,t). In parallel with measurement of the weighed value W(n,t) by the measuring part 11, the vibration detecting part 26 detects the effect of the vibration propagated to the measuring part 11 on the weighed value W(n,t). The determining part 272 determines the presence or absence of the effect of the wind on the weighed value W(n,t), based on the weighed value W(n,t) obtained by the measuring part 11 and on the effect of the vibration detected by the vibration detecting part 26.
