PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice bag for packaging rice or the like attempting deaeration of air in a conventional gas permeable bag which is made of a square laminated film equipped with an adhesive resin layer, wherein an intermittent heat bonding part consisting of heat bonding parts and non-heat bonding parts is formed on at least one side, one to two heat bonding sheets are doubled and provided on this intermittent heat bonding part, gaps and channels communicated with the surface are provided in the heat bonding sheets, and air in the gas permeable bag can be easily deaerated through the gaps and the channels. SOLUTION: The bag 15 with gas permeability has a constitution that an open side 600b of a gas permeable part 600 is positioned on the open side of a bag body raw material 101, and the open side of the gas permeable part is positioned inside of the open side of the bag body raw material. Projecting fin pieces are formed on open side of the bag body raw material, and bonded faces of doubled both outer faces on the open side of the gas permeable part and the inner face of the open side of respective bag body raw material 101 ensure the same position and/or the same length, and intermittently form press-bonded parts and non-press-bonded parts respectively press-bonded.
