Disclosed is a polarizer protective film which is excellent in optical characteristics (such as retardation and haze), while exhibiting excellent adhesion between a polarizer and a protective film (especially under high temperature/high humidity conditions).Specifically disclosed is a polarizer protective film comprising a (meth)acrylic resin film and a highly adhesive layer arranged on at least one side of the film. The highly adhesive layer is made from an aqueous (meth) acrylic resin dispersion.
