The frame has two front uprights (1) respectively carrying front wheels (2) at lower ends of the front uprights, and two rear uprights (4) respectively carrying rear wheels (5) at lower ends of the rear uprights. Two push-arms (7) are mounted so as to respectively slide on the front uprights by intermediate pieces (8), where each intermediate piece includes sliding parts (8a, 8b) that surround one of the push-arms by sliding the push-arm. The sliding parts include rolling bearings (11) reducing friction between the respective intermediate piece and the push-arm.
