A packing device of a food container is provided to prevent the finger of a user from being injured by immediately drawing out a first and a second conveying plate once the finger of the user is caught in the container. A packing device of a food container comprises a main body member(100), a lift(200), and a conveying plate(300). The main body member comprises a film for wrapping the food container up. The lift is installed in the front side of the main body member. The food container is elevated by the lift. The conveying plate is inserted to the inside of the main body member when wrapping the packing container up. The conveying plate is drawn out to the front side outside of the main body member after package is completed. A sensing switch installed inside a cover part in order to prevent the finger of a user from being injured, when the conveying plate is inserted into the main body member with the switch operation of a user. The cover part is installed at the outer end part of the conveying plate.
